Delete your account
You can delete your Pawstar account and everything in it at any time.
You don’t need to give a reason.
In the app
- Open Pawstar and go to the Me tab.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom.
- Tap “Delete everything” to confirm.
It happens right away.
If you’d like to keep their photos and words, tap “Download my data” on the Me tab first.
Without the app
Email us from the address you use to sign in, with “Delete my account” in the subject.
We will reply to that address to make sure the request came from you.
We won’t ask for anything else.
Once you confirm, we delete everything within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
What is deleted
Your account and email address.
Every star, with its photos, story, dates and letters.
The candles you lit, the stars you followed, the families you blocked, the gifts you sent and the reports you made.
What is kept
Nothing we can still read or use.
Copies in our providers’ backups are removed in their normal cycle.
Deleting only part of it
To remove one star, open it and tap “Delete this star”.
To remove one photo, open it and tap “Remove this photo”.
Your account and your other stars stay as they are.
